3. PURCHASE TERMS & REFUND POLICY
3.1 Digital Products
All purchases of digital products (including courses, downloads, checklists, planners, and templates) are final sale. Due to the instant access nature of our content, no refunds will be issued once purchased.
3.2 Payment Plans
If you enroll in a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments according to your chosen schedule. Failure to complete your plan may result in suspension of access and your account may be sent to collections after 30 days of nonpayment. We reserve the right to restrict access to other programs even if they’ve been paid in full if your account is in default elsewhere.
3.3 Subscriptions & Memberships
If you enroll in a recurring subscription (e.g., monthly membership), you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel anytime, but cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period. We do not offer refunds for past billing cycles.
3.4 Special Offers, Live Coaching, or Events
All purchases of live events, VIP coaching, or limited-time offers are non-refundable and non-transferable. No-show fees may apply for in-person events or calls.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, tools, and materials shared by Home Organize Tribe™ are protected under copyright. You may not copy, share, or reuse any materials except for your own personal use. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
5. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
Share your login details or access to paid content.
Harass, abuse, or interfere with others in our communities.
Use our content for commercial purposes without permission.
We reserve the right to revoke access to any user who violates these terms.
6. DISCLAIMERS
We do not guarantee specific results from using our products or services. You are responsible for your own progress and implementation. All content is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Home Organize Tribe™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages from your use of or inability to access our Services. In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past six months, or $100, whichever is greater.
8. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT
If we can’t resolve a dispute amicably, you agree to resolve it through individual binding arbitration in the state of Texas. You waive the right to participate in a class action or jury trial.
9. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at our sole discretion without prior notice, especially in cases of misuse, nonpayment, or violation of these Terms.
