Tip #80: Release – How to Let Go Without Guilt

Let’s talk about one of the hardest parts of the Reclaim & Reset™ Method — the Release phase.

You’ve already heard me walk through the first two R’s:
Reclaim (taking back ownership of your home)
Reset (creating systems and routines that support the life you live now)

But today’s episode gets to the emotional heart of it all.

Because releasing clutter isn’t just about stuff.
It’s about what the stuff represents.
The memories, the guilt, the “what if I need it,” or “this cost me so much.”
And for many women—especially empty nesters—it also brings up grief and identity shifts.

💭 In this episode, I’m sharing:

  • Why it’s normal to feel emotionally attached to things (you’re not alone)

  • How to separate memories from physical items—without losing the meaning

  • 3 gentle mindset shifts to help you let go without guilt

If you’ve ever held onto something because it belonged to someone you love…
Or kept things because you used to love them (but don’t anymore)…
Or felt paralyzed by the thought of letting go…

This is your permission slip to release the weight.
Not recklessly.
Not without honor.
But with purpose and peace.

❤️ Reminder: You don’t have to do this alone.

The full Reclaim & Reset™ Method was designed for women like you—especially in this season of life—who are ready to stop feeling stuck and finally create a peaceful home that feels like you again.
